A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your date.
Deposit must be received within 10 days from the day you book
your trip. Balance may be paid by check up to seven days prior
to sailing. No checks will be accepted on the day of the

Cancellations due to weather, rough seas, mechanical defect or
other conditions will be made at the dock by the Captain. We
will attempt to reschedule a new date for you or return your
deposit.
A full refund will be returned if cancellation is made by the client
via phone or mail no less than 14 days prior to the date of
charter. Any other cancellations will forfeit their deposit if the
date can not be rebooked.
